I photographed it this morning in the hopes of getting full frame images(35mm size). Alas, although the size of the bird on the frame is not bad the branches in front of the bird obscure clean images. I'll see what I can salvage when I get time to develop and edit the shots. The Spotted Towhee is active and alert and barring calamity should easily survive our winter.
