At Beach Meadows I had eight great cormorants=2C 20 black-capped chickadees=
=2C one northern gannet and two yellow-rumped warblers.

On the same day at Kingsburg I had 20 Bonaparte gulls initially. Later the=
re were an additional 16 black-headed gulls. Also=2C of interest in the gu=
ll line were two ring-billed gulls=2C three iceland gulls and a glacous gul=
l. I know this is early for a glacous=2C but there was no doubt in accorda=
nce to the size=2C the shape of the bill and the chunky disposition of the =
bird in flight.
