All: Several observers, including myself, couldn't find the BLACK-THROATED WARBLER at the foot of Coburg, Halifax, in mid-morning. The flocks of chickadees were roaming widely in the area. Among them, were two Orange-crowned Warblers seen by Eric Mills and Brian Dalzell, and a Black-and-white Warbler seen by Brian. Then Elizabeth Doull just stopped by to report that she and her mother had seen it about a half-hour ago in the same place that I found it in earlier in a.m. Elizaabeth doesn't think it's an adult male, but probably in first-winter, and may well be right. I didn't stay long to study it after finding it earlier, but dashed back home to report it. Good luck. Cheers, Ian Ian McLaren
