Red-tail numbers here in the Eastern Valley seem to be building. At lunchtime today I went to see the albino Red-tail in Hortonville. It was very visible, flying and perching, but as usual was very skittish, and wouldn't allow close enough approach for anything but distant photos - even with digiscoping.
