Index of Subjects This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --Boundary_(ID_th8U/Qbl2L5Wv1WWQOjEfA) Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT I've added a small set of 20 new photos to my Pbase collection. Warblers and vireos are moving along the coast now with groups spotted at both Duncan's Cove and Sandy Cove Road, in Halifax municipality. As usual they forage with Black-capped Chickadees. Since the chickadees don't migrate it's interesting that itinerant warblers and vireos move from flock to flock of chickadees. It is said, though certainly not proven, that chickadees have a superior foraging strategy and defensive system. It seems that other birds take advantage of this by associating themselves with chickadees as they move south.
