Lots = of ducklings in the ponds there and in the French Basin pond in = Annapolis.=20 The chimney swifts that nested successfully in our chimney seem to have = moved off this week. Thanks to Hans Toom for posting the message about the showy ladyslipper = orchids at Smiley's Provincial Park. We were treated to an unforgettable = sight when we visited on Canada Day. We met others who were also in awe = and were equally grateful for the posting.
