I just got back from Hartlen Point.
Nice evening to be out, no coat required.

Willets are everywhere along the coastline and in the cove. If you can't see
them you will hear them. In Back Cove I flushed a Least Sandpiper. The
only other shorebirds present where two Greater Yellowlegs in the far dead
end of the cove.
Two ospreys, likely the ones using the nest on the pole, one was carrying
nesting material.
Lots of Robins and sparrows, and along one of the trails on the golf course a
Blue-headed Vireo hawking insects high up in the canopy.

Cheers

Ulli
