Then Shirley McIntyre will give a presentation showing the great variety of wild flowers, seen at different altitudes of the Bernese Oberland district of Switzerland. Shirley spent two weeks there , the latter part of July in 2008. They lived at the 1200 meter level and hiked at different altitudes. The last hike was to the Aletsch Glacier which is a UNESCO World Heritage site at 2800 meters. Time: 7:30 p.m. Place: Auditorium, N.S.
