HI there, this sounds like pretty unusual behaviour for a bat, especially in
the daytime. She might want to contact dept of natural resources and if it
does die, consider having the body submitted for post mortem. They will
likely collect it for her since its a bat but if it does die, gloves should
ALWAYS be worn when touching a bat
