Hi All: 

The first Great Blue Heron of the season for the marshes of Upper Woods
Harbour arrived at around 1:30 pm today.  If anyone has seen one sooner I'll
stand corrected. :-).   Both a male and female Cardinal continue to make
brief visits to the yard today.  I've heard them calling in the trees behind
the house so am keeping my fingers crossed that they may nest in the area.
That would be a first for me if they do.
