She had a Shrike in her yard today likely a Northern, but all she saw was the back of the bird and mask from side. She felt the back was a little dark. Maybe she will get another look. Harriet relates that she and a friend on the other side of the lake both had Redpolls at their feeder today. Harriet saw a GREAT EGRET in Goshen, Guys, on Fri. Dec. 5. The bird had been present for a few days prior and was noted by the pastor of the United Church.
