Hi All=2C
Yesterday I had a report of a Summer Tanager from my uncle in Bay St. Law=
rence. I checked it out and it turned out to be the correct ID. I've linked=
to a few grainy photos as the bird did not come close enough for good ones=
. http://picasaweb.google.com/atlasmaritimes26/SummerTanager=20
He also has a few remaining Grackles and I thought I observed an Oriole b=
ut only caught a glimpse of it.
Interestingly=2C he still has roses and gladiolas in bloom at his house nea=
r the northern tip of N.S.
The Baltimore Oriole I reported a few days ago was still at my feeders as=
of yesterday AM and I had a poor quality pic of another Oriole sent to me =
for ID from some friends near Baddeck. All the best.
