WAYZGOOSE NATURE WALK - KENTVILLE RAVINE
SUNDAY 26 OCTOBER at 10:00 AM until NOON
Explore the Kentville Ravine with biologists Soren Bondrup-Nielsen & =
Merritt Gibson. Meet at the parking lot below the Kentville Research =
Station at 10:00 AM. Weather permitting.
This walk is hosted by Gaspereau Press as part of its Wayzgoose weekend. =
(Hey, you can't spend *all* weekend inside tinkering with printing =
presses!). This year's wayzgoose will feature two special guests: wood =
engraver Wesley Bates of Clifford, Ontario; and Jim Rimmer, an =
illustrator, letterpress printer and typefounder from New Westminster, =
BC. Also on the agenda are workshops, shop talks, an open house, =
printing demonstrations, evening lectures, and author readings from some =
of Gaspereau's 2008 titles.
