Due to the weather forecast of impending rain and wind from the remnants of
Hanna the CB shorebirds field trip has been moved up to

Saturday 06 September 2008.

Meet at 9:00 in the parking lot to the right of the Sydney Airport terminal.

There have been good numbers of Am. Golden and Black-bellied Plovers, and
Whimbrel in the past couple of weeks. At this time of year Buff-bellied
Sandpipers are expected.

For more information you can call Susann Myers at a temporary number:
733-2799

On Sunday 07 September 2008, weather permitting, there will be a shortened
trip for those who cannot make it on Saturday.

Meet at 9:00 on Sunday at the Sydney Airport in the parking lot to the right
of the terminal. Given the weather forecast, we will only check out the
airport.

Check with David McCorquodale 563-1260 for the shortened Sunday trip.
