Index of Subjects More on ticks... A month ago, I had two ticks really deeply embedded ticks on the skin and, without thinking, reacted and pulled them out really hard out really fast (like Heather did). Nasty little ones, indeed... A question for you experts. Can any after-effects show up months later? Is there a test to show whether the Lyme disease is lurking within the system - -just to be on the safe side and to nip it in the bud) No visual symptoms. Thanks. liz
