Kingbirds in our yard this afternoon. 2 of them seemed to be chasing each other. All were calling. Wayne Neily thought numbers were down this year. 1 sighting is, of course, meaningless in the overall scheme of things, but I think it's the first time I have seen that many together. They were all flying around, and I think it's too early in theyear for them to be a family group (unless they have stuck together since last year, which also seem unlikely in a long-distance migrant).
