Index of Subjects
Index of Subjects This afternoon along the RR bed in Coldbrook, Catbirds were numerous, likely arriving last night. Not a sign of a Veery; last year on the 23rd I noted them as numerous. A few Leopard Frogs were calling and I noted one Clouded Sulphur (butterfly). As an aside, it seems to me that White-throated Sparrows are noticeably fewer in these parts. I believe most recognize their distinctive song so perhaps comments from various parts of the province would paint a clearer picture. Angus
