This begs a couple of questions Randy. Are you talking about both
Northern Saw-whet Owls and Boreal Owls or just Boreals? Are they not
nesting because the population cycle of their prey is at a low point in
Nova Scotia or are they no longer using your nest boxes and are nesting
elsewhere?
