Thurs., May 1, 2008  --  Halifax Field Naturalists meeting -- Birds Of Ethiopia. A natural history trip to the other side of the world. Bob and Wendy McDonald travelled to Ethiopia, located at the Horn of Africa, on a bird-watching excursion in March, 2007. Come to hear about their adventure in one of the less frequently visited countries of Africa and see some of their images of the scenery, wildlife (including lots of birds), and people. No passport, visa, or inoculations will be required. Auditorium of NS Museum of Natural History, 1747 Summer St., Halifax, 7:30 p.m.
