This winter I found the crow with the huge 'goiter' -like growth dead on the side of the road. Today, I just spotted another crow with horrible growths around its eyes. They look like they are coming from its lower eyelid. One is the size of a large blueberry and I'm sure it doesn't see well, if at all, from that eye. It was just two or three years ago that I had a little Song Sparrow with a large growth on its side. Hmm... I wonder how long before we all have them?? Is anyone else noticing this? Cheers, Ann M.
