March 31, 2008 - Guess what??  Surprise, surprise! As soon as I had sent the
note below, I checked the feeders again and there was the CLAY-COLOURED
SPARROW, back and foraging on the ground with the rest of my menagerie!

Subject: pre-roosting crows, feeder birds & raven nest in Wolfville

Mar. 30, 2008 - At our feeders, the immature WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW is still
present, with lots of juncos and white-throated sparrows, but I havenıt
noticed the CLAY-COLOURED SPARROW for a few days -- perhaps the latter is
just on one of its absences for a few days?
