At Oak Island Inn Resort, on March 29th, I saw my first two grackles of the season and a third one as I arrived home in Halifax this afternoon. Also, at Oak Island Inn there were a flock of 9 robins feasting on last years old flower heads of a fairly large Sumac Bush. Lesley B.
