Hi;

I saw the WW Dove today.

After speaking with Sandra Sperker, who explained that
the only way to view the dove was from inside her
house, and that she wouldn't be home until Saturday, I
asked her if I might see it from another street. She
was doubtful, but she thought perhaps Shirley Street
would be my best bet.

It worked! If you stand on the sidewalk between house
#6070 and house #6064 Shirley Street, you get a great
view of Sandra's back yard. You still can't see the
ground where it feeds, but you can see the tree it
perches in - in the middle of her yard.

Look for the top of a swing set wrapped with chains
covered in dark blue plastic. This is just visible
above the fence. Beyond that is a tree with feeders.
The bird was perched in this tree at about the height
of the top of the lower windows. Sandra's house is
grey-beige with white trim. Hers is the only yard with
lots of feeders. Since the bird is greyish beige, it
blends in with the tree branches, but the white
trailing edge on the wing is very prominent.

Good luck!

Suzanne
