Cool.

Some rodents are not identifiable to species by bones (e.g. White-footed and
Deer Mice are not, as far as I know, separatable). I take apart the pellets
from my nests all the time (or a student does). I haven't had much to add to
distribution data, though I did get a Pygmy Shrew from Cape Breton...I think
it was the fourth record at the time.
