I have no hesatation in calling this Redpoll a Hoary. Within the flock of Redpolls that I've had at my feeders (up to 450+ on = some days) there was easly 10-12 of these "Easy" Hoary redpolls and = quite a few other Juv. and intermediate ones mixed in.
