Although I haven't been able to find any new birds for my winter list, there were some nice ones around in the rain today: McGrath's Cove - Barrow's Goldeneye (male), Common Goldeneyes, Common Loon, Red-necked Grebe, Surf Scoter, Common Eider, Red-breasted Mergansers, Long-tailed Ducks, Iceland Gull Peggy's Cove - Bohemian Waxwings (19), Purple Sandpipers (8), Harlequin Ducks (2) In Rockingham I had 85 Common Redpolls on Saturday and 14 Pine Grosbeaks on Thursday.
