Hi all
Be in & out of hospital the last few weeks, so here's a recap from end of
Oct to date
15-20 M/F Ring necked pheasants (started as young but all the male plumage
has come in)
10 + M/F Mallards & Black Ducks
Ravens
Flocks of Blue Jays
Flocks of Purple Finches (mostly young)
Flocks of Goldfinches (mostly young)
Black Capped Chickadees
Downy & Hairy Woodpeckers
Dark Eyed Juncos
1-2 Red Breasted Nuthatches
Couple of Robins
Couple of Pine Siskens
Couple of Sparrows (not 100% sure which kind)
Mourning Doves
Also have had 3 Mature Bald Eagles along with an immature one. They tend to
sit in a birch tree that
is across from my house. Quite the scene when the Ravens dive bomb them.
Think thats all for now. Can't wait for the 100 ducks to start landing
again once the winter starts :-)
