Hello All,

It appears fairly quiet in my yard today - I have not seen any of
yesterday's birds - the Chat, the Ruby crowned Kinglet, or the 4 White
Throated Sparrows. However, on the empty lot just behind my house was
yet another Yellow billed Cuckoo, which was considerate enough to sit
around for me to attempt some sort of photos whith my little point and
shoot digital camera.

Also, when returning from my walk via the parking space behind the
King St Fire Station, just 1 block from my house, I found a dead Brown
Creeper lying on the ground. Since it was in perfect condition (apart
from being deceased) I have collected it, and it is presently residing
in my fridge freezer. Hopefully someone at the museum would like the
skin for preservation.

Cheers,
Pat McKay
