This evening coming down along the LaHave River after work, I saw a gathering of eight closely packed loons on the river. A sure sign of movement for these birds. When on Cape Sable Island off the Hawk on Friday there was a flight of 22 common terns. They were all flying in close proximity and heading towards Cape Light. James R.
