Index of Subjects Spent a short time in a field across the road from our home and was rewarded with some nice butterflies among other creatures. 1. Striped Hairstreak. Because of its damaged condition, thought it was a small "Comma". Hard to believe a bird would try for such a small butterfly. 2. Viceroy. Finally posed for a good shot. 3. Common Branded Skipper.
