Lepsters - Interesting question Peter - I too had a Red Admiral at Mt
Uniacke 29-May -07 a female and it was very dull in color and rather tatty
in condition and appearance.

And I too wondered - did it overwinter here or was it in this condition
from migrating here ? ?

  Hi, all-

We had a Red Admiral in good condition at our house in Waverley today. I
mention the condition to suggest that this was a migrant rather than an
over-wintering individual.
