There were no = dramatic swoops and dives, just long lazy circles. It was just lovely to = see. They absolutely mirrored each other's movements. Then, abruptly, = they flew off in different directions and didn't join up again as long = as I watched, which would have been another couple of minutes. I thought ravens mated and laid their eggs much earlier in the year than = now, so I'm assuming this wasn't a courtship display. Does anyone know = what this behaviour meant? (The birds were the same size.)
