Bald Eagle (adult) circling overhead.  Very few ducks there.

 

D.U. pond, Cornwallis River Crossing Rd, - west end of New Minas:

Saxon St Pond, Sheffield Mills:  (water has been really lowered again)

I also heard that the smelt are ' running' in the Gaspereau River this week.
