I will have to leave naturens again soon to spend more time on the Nature Canada conference http://www.Nature2007.ca We on the committee think it will be a wonderful event. We hope that many Nova Scotian naturalists will plan to attend 1-5 August, in Wolfville, N.S. The new residences at Acadia are very good, quiet and reasonable. There are talks in the morning, field trips every afternoon, and entertainment at night. We do need more volunteers. Consider helping out with transportation ( Peter Webster is chair of that committee). Jennifer Le Blanc and Jason Doucette got married last month, and are moving to Saskatchewan. We all wish them the very best. This leaves positions on the Displays committee and Silent Auction committee. Please contact me (405-4157) or by e-mail if you can help in these areas. Nearer to the summer we will need a lot more people to help in many areas. Please send me your names and area of interest if you can volunteer for nature. Thank you! I shall miss your postings.
