Throughout the day today Randy Lauff and I had a few interesting finds. In
the vacinity of Meadow Green, G.C. were a pair of *Hooded Mergansers* (male
and female); a pair of *Gray Jays* and a pair of *Pine Grosbeaks* on a dirt
road between Guysborough and New Harbour G.C.; a *Northern Shrike* near
North Intervale, G.C.; and a male *American Kestrel* near Afton, A.C.
