    today there are two lovely fox sparrows ground feeding as i type...and purple finches have made it to my yard this week as well, A flock of approx 100 Canada Geese on the Head Chezzetcook marsh and Common 
  Eider at the end of west Jeddore Cape and Clam Harbour.
    Also, we observed a flock of yellow rumped sparrows on Clam Harbour Beach on Saturday while hiking to the ovens at the point. Is this usual in such terrain so early in the spring
