Dalhousie's Killam Library has a near-complete run of the Bird Society's publication, lacking the first five volumes. Before 1981 it was the Newsletter of the Nova Scotia Bird Society, and is catalogued on Novanet as "Newsletter - Nova Scotia Bird Society." Thereafter it is listed as the familiar "Nova Scotia Birds." Someone who has copies of volumes 1-5 could provide a real public service by photocopying them and adding them to the Dalhousie collection. Eric
