They are available for viewing here: http://tinyurl.com/223tb9 Here is the web site for Point Pelee National Park: http://www.pc.gc.ca/pn-np/on/pelee/index_e.asp And here is the web site for the Essex County Field Naturalists' Club, the county in which Point Pelee lies: http://www.ojibway.ca/activity.htm Here is the web site for the Friends of Point Pelee: http://friendsofpointpelee.com/ecom.asp? There is a birding guide to Point Pelee National Park, by Tom Hince, and the Friends of Point Pelee used to sell it, though it may now be out of print. The Bird-Finding Guide to Ontario is still available: http://tinyurl.com/yt9vd5 When I last birded Pelee in May, I stayed at a motor hotel in Chatham, which was 45 minutes away from the park entrance. There are lots of choices in this town, and it is an easy drive to the park. But I was with a group, and you might find a B&B or other accommodation closer. Re: the park. The park gates open at 0500. I suggest that you drive to the Visitor Centre, and walk the 1.5 km to the southern tip of the park. You should arrive by 0545, and will have the tip almost to yourself, because most birders wait until 0600 when the first electric shuttle bus starts shuttling between the centre and the tip. After the birders start arriving, at about 0615, you can start walking back to the visitor centre, or take the shuttle if you prefer. There is a book of sightings in the visitor centre, and while not every sighting is trustworthy, it is important to check it regularly, as many rarities are reported, and many do not linger long. The park is often crowded with birders, but there are areas with fewer birders, especially along the eastern beach. And, of course, there are many interesting nearby areas to explore.
