Yesterday, February 28, I saw an albino buteo, probably a Red-tailed Hawk,
near Exit 10 on Highway 101 at Hortonville. The hawk was seen on various
trees and high posts in the fields just south of the highway and the Ridge
Road. It was immaculately white except for one small dark spot on the back
of the head.
