Feb. 10, 2007 - Merritt Gibson sent the following sightings from his
property in Canning, concerning a GRAY SQUIRREL, a YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER,
60-80 ROBINS, and 4 CARDINALS:

³ Four CARDINALS come to my feeders in the morning and again in late
afternoon. I have had 60-80 ROBINS in the multiflora roses in the field
for the past few weeks. You asked if I knew of the YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER
on my property, the answer is certainly. For the past few days Iıve also
had a GRAY SQUIRREL at my feeders. It comes most years at this time, where
does it spend the rest of the year?²

Cheers from Jim in Wolfville, 542-9204
