I tried for the Sandhill Crane this morning in Hebbville without success. I did not have a lot of time and there was a lot of field area that I could not see from where I was parked. A lot of good habitat around there also with large open fields, so my not seeing it does not mean that the bird was not still there. I will try again tomorrow. James R.
