Hi, I stopped by at Bisset Lake yesterday afternoon. Nice day, lots of sun and no wind. Ruddy Ducks and Coots are still plenty on the lake, and close-up to the parking area in the reeds. I counted 20-24 Ruddy's and 16-18 Coots. The lake also had 250-300 Canada geese on it, and several floats of scaups in the distance. Common Mergansers and Ring-necked ducks were present in smaller numbers and a single pair of Pintails showed up as well. I caught a short glimpse of a single duck disappearing into the reeds out of sight before I was able to get the scope on it to confirm its ID. Wasn't one of the above mentioned species and I had Redheaded Duck coming to my mind. Didn't get a chance for a second better look, but worth keeping an eye open if visiting Bisset Lake Cheers Ulli
