About the hawk photo i took on cape sable around the 8 of oct.Ihad a email from Ian he sent the photo away they confirned it as juvenile cooper's hawk.
Ihave it posted on my website under owls& hawks www.pbase.com./warbler27

I tring to get a few bushes or trees or alders to grow on cape sable.I had no luck with multiflora rose& willow trees. I planted them out side the fence and the sheep ate them .Iplanted them in side the fence and the muskrats ate them.I was hopping someone on natureNS might know what i could plant that the sheep and muskrats will not eat.

  Any help would be appreciated.
