Oct. 18, 2006 - A woman whose name I canıt remember called me today about
wanting to see WITCH-HAZEL in bloom, so I suggested that maybe the small
plant in the Harriet Irving Botanical at Acadia University. However, this
afternoon I checked it, and the petals are all gone now. It was way back on
Sept. 9/06 that I had noticed it in bloom there this year. In other years
and elsewhere I have seen petals at least as late as Thanksgiving, I
believe.
