For Tuesday, 22 August, I'd be at Evangeline Beach (preferably the 
east end), starting no later than 0930 a.m., as high tide is around 
12.51 p.m..   It doesn't appear to be a particularly high tide, so 
all the flats may not become covered.   Windsor Sewage Ponds will be 
best in the several hours surrounding high tide.  Windsor high tide 
will be 12.56 p.m.
