Carol and I had a walk on the beach today. There was a flock of 700 peeps of which 80% were Semipalmated Plovers. The rest seemed to be all Semipalmated Sandpipers. Some smaller groups included White-rumped Sandpipers, Least Sandpipers, Black-bellied Plovers, Short-billed Dowitchers, and a single Sanderling. Don Don MacNeill donmacneill@eastlink.ca
