WHITE PELICAN - Cathy/ Allan Murrant

JULY 31, 2006 Jerry Sponagle found and observed a WHITE PELICAN for 20
minutes at Catalone Gut, near Albert Bridge, CB.

August 1, 2006 The pelican was not seen today. Jerry Sponagle and Cathy/
Allan Murrant checked along the coast but no luck...

It is possible that the pelican may be moving along the coast south from
Cape Breton to the mainland coast so keep your eyes open for the big white
bird... That was what the pelican in 2002 did and ended up in death in the
south shore.

Cheers, Liz
