Hi Blake,

Mushroom # 1 looks like Hygrophorus flavescens (Golden Waxy Cap);
Mushroom # 2 is an Amanita, probably Amanita rubescens (Blusher) or  
Amanita pantherina (Panther) or something similar;
I can't see enough of Mushroom # 3 (and my knowledge of mushrooms is  
too meagre ;->) to hazard a guess;
Nice photos of Mushroom # 4 but I draw a blank on this one;
Mushroom # 5 is also a classic Amanita, probably Amanita verna  
(Fool's Mushroom) or Amanita virosa (Destroying Angel).
