Theres a quiet corner inside my mind...
I descend the steps some peace to find.
One, two, three ....ten
Count the stairs till I'm back again
To an old leather chair,
Dark from wear.
Books in a pile
Going up for a mile.

Snuggling down with feet tucked up
Hot chocolate in a streaming cup.
A roaring fire casts a friendly glow.
The dancing flames, lick high, sneak low.
A hiding Place...
The warmth Embrace.
Blissful Solitude,
To calm the mood.

Come...enter here and relax your soul.
Let go the trial of your conscious role...
Leave the outside world, and sit with me...
Dont try, dont stress, instead...just be.
A Welcome smile
Come rest a while...
No need to rush...
Just enjoy the Hush !
