  Since the spammer is from the State of Washington, I now quote the Washington laws against chain letters and pyramid selling. I'm too kind-hearted (and couldn't afford the lawyer's fees), so I tell him I won't bother charging him the $500.00 that I could have as provided in the new Washington anti-spam Bill.

  The last word -- from his Internet provider. Identifying information snipped as the author prefers to remain anonymous. Somehow I get the impression that the author was overworked, tired, in need of sleep, and thoroughly sick of cleaning up after spammers.
